Mike has worked for the Giorgi family of companies since 2014, starting a Global Controller, and currently the Global Chief Financial Officer of Giorgi Global Holdings, Inc. Previous experience includes Senior VP at middle market investment bank in Philadelphia executing M&A and debt financing transactions for commercial and industrial clients. Before that Mike spent his career at Deloitte in the Consumer Products practice.

Mike has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from DeSales University. He is also a volunteer coach youth lacrosse and youth basketball.
